The Crop Co connects farms to markets through sourcing, processing, storage, and delivery of fresh produce. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion.
Orders placed via authorised channels are subject to our confirmation. A binding contract exists only upon our acceptance. We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or modify orders for reasons such as errors, unavailability, or logistical constraints.
Prices reflect market conditions and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments must be made via approved methods within agreed timelines. Late payments may attract interest at rates specified in invoices or as permitted by law.
Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to external factors. Risk and title pass to the buyer upon delivery at the agreed point. Report shortages or damage within 24 hours with supporting evidence. We are not liable for force majeure events affecting delivery.
Buyers should inspect goods on delivery and report issues within 24 hours. Returns are generally not permitted due to perishability except for verified quality issues or contractual breaches. Remedies may include replacement or refund at our discretion.
Suppliers must ensure produce is safe, lawful, and complies with FSSAI and other applicable regulations. Fraud or non-compliance may result in termination or blacklisting.

All parties must comply with applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to FSS Act, GST Act, MSME Act, labour laws, and state-specific agricultural or marketing laws.
You agree to indemnify The Crop Co and its representatives from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful actions.
